If you can afford a personal trainer, you should put Pinnacle Fitness at the top of your list. They offer different trainers to suit your needs, or you can mix and match your trainers, for example, weight training, cardio, kickboxing, etc. All trainers are academically qualified and thoroughly trained by Mark Pajich, the proprietor. Mark is also available anytime for a chat if you need advice. He is knowledgeable about fitness, dealing with injuries, diet, etc. I’ve been with Pinnacle for more than five years. I started with Hashim, 'the kickboxer', to get me into shape, and now Peter looks after me. Peter is a bit of a fitness geek and really puts in the effort to get you where you want to go. He knows when to push me and when to ease up. I have a spinal injury (L4-S1 slipped disc), and Peter has gone to great lengths researching and implementing the right program for me. With Pinnacle, you can get as technical as you want, journal your diet on MyFitnessPal, etc., or incorporate Pinnacle into your lifestyle. They’re totally chilled, but they will be on your case when you start slacking, which you will!

Zakwan was assigned to me from the day I started training at Pinnacle. My passion is golf, and being in my late 70s, I was losing distance, and my balance was affecting my game.
