• Firstly, we start with a health and fitness evaluation. This allows us to obtain a detailed understanding of your individual needs and requirements and to answer any questions you may have pertaining to our programs. This is a no-obligation meeting and upon its completion should you wish to proceed we schedule your fitness assessment.

  • Just like in any race, there is a start line and a finish line. Once we know what your goals and requirements are (finish line), we now need a starting point. So, to help us design the most effective program for you, we need to assess your current fitness and abilities. Our fitness assessment measures ten (10) separate parameters, takes approximately 45 minutes to complete, and it is one of the most comprehensive fitness evaluations available. After completing the assessment, you will receive a 2-page summary of your results.

  • One of the most common concerns expressed to us by new clients is that they were not able to achieve results with their previous training program due to the program being too difficult or too easy. To use the analogy above, their start line was in the wrong place. Putting our decades of experience to work, we have rectified this issue by developing the Pinnacle Fitness Rating. The fitness rating is a score between 0-200 and it’s the basis by which we measure both the intensity and your progress throughout our programs.

  • As all our programs are individually designed to meet the needs of each of our clients. The duration of the program and the number of training sessions per week can vary considerably from client to client and from program to program so this is discussed with you at the Health & Fitness Evaluation.

  • For our clients in our golf fitness program, there is an additional assessment 2-3 weeks into the training program. Firstly, we conduct the TPI Screen which assesses your body’s mobility as it relates to your golf swing. Then we complete the Strength & Power assessment which measures your ability to generate golf-specific strength and then whether you are able to efficiently convert this strength into power.

  • To ensure you remain on track to achieving your goals, fitness assessments are scheduled at regular intervals to monitor your progress and your program is constantly adjusted to ensure it keeps pace with the improvements in your fitness.

  • At the completion of your program, we will conduct a final fitness assessment and you will receive a comprehensive 10-page fitness appraisal reporting in detail your progress through our program.
